Construction Superintendent
We are looking for the right person to join our mission team as we build, develop and plan our main health and ministry center in Costa Rica. It's a very unique health ministry project, in the heart of one of 5 blue zones in the world. Being part of our team, to bring this development to life, you will have experience in:
Overseeing, supervising or leading small and medium size commercial and/or residential construction projects
Knowledge and personal skill with some construction trades
Understand the administrative and technical side of construction builds and development, including building codes, permitting/inspection schedules, engineering, blueprints/schematics, etc
Taking direction and giving direction. Being able to work well with others, in various roles.
Love the Lord and mission service. Being adaptable to changing needs and environments.
